SERVREC
Terms of Service
Effective September 8, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using ServRec, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ServRec for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
The service
ServRec provides tools that help businesses organize service requests, customer conversations, and staff-approved communications. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts and responsibilities
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your staff and authorized users comply with these terms.
Customer messaging
ServRec messaging is intended for customer care and service-request workflows. Each customer message must be individually approved by an assigned advisor or other authorized staff member before it is sent.
You must obtain required consent, honor opt-out requests, use accurate sender information, and comply with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Acceptable use
Do not use ServRec to send spam, deceptive content, unlawful content, malware, abusive messages, or communications that violate another person's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party platforms, telecommunications providers, payment processors, or integrations. Their availability and terms may affect the service, and ServRec is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Ownership
ServRec and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and content we provide. You retain rights in the information you submit, and grant ServRec the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. ServRec disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ServRec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ServRec at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is a security risk, nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For questions about these terms, email luis@servrec.com.
